Over the last decade, I have written numerous bestselling cookbooks and created countless recipes for brands and publications.

A multidisciplinary creative, when I’m not in the kitchen, I’m usually behind a camera, which - despite no formal training - has been an extension of my arm for as long as I can remember; I’m a sucker for a good portrait, a big celebration, and I love helping people bring their brands to life through creative imagery.
